Varias zonas horarias, para un evento virtual inclusivo representado por instituciones organizadoras asociadas: la Universidad de Ghana (para África), Radio y Televisión Nacional de Colombia (para América), el Instituto Holandés para el Sonido y la Visión (para Europa y África) y la Universiti Putra Malaysia (para Asia y Australasia). La conferencia será gratuita para los miembros de la IASA, patrocinadores, así como para los conferencistas.
El costo básico de la inscripción antes del 1 de septiembre será de 15 euros (10 euros, tarifa reducida) y después del 1 de septiembre, de 20 euros (15 euros, tarifa reducida), con objeto de formar parte de la comunidad internacional de archivistas sonoros y audiovisuales.
